I wrote this piece for Tripwire: A Journal of Poetics.
Here I describe what was the situation of Mexican poetics at the time. I honestly think no one else in Mexican literature at that time had this transnational experimental perspective and range of contemporary readings from both sides of the border.
The piece also includes some predictions which, I think, became reality.
I was 27 when I wrote this. I just recently remembered I had written this piece and I now want to share it with you.
